Katy earned her undergraduate degree from San Jose State University in Music Education and currently teaches 3rd-8th grade choir and 6th-8th grade theater in Sunnyvale. She has been the Alto section leader at Christ Church for a little over 5 years. In 2025, she and Lauren teamed up to revive the Christ Church Children’s Choir; she serves as Co-Director of that ensemble.
